Privacy notice

What this site collects

• No forms. There is nothing on this site to type your information into. You reach Zach by phone, text, or email, and what you send that way goes to him directly.
• No analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts, and no cookies.
• Your browser requests pages from the host, which keeps ordinary server logs (such as the address your request came from) for security and operation. This site does not use them to identify you.

The online options check

The “See my HELOC options” button opens West Capital Lending’s site in a new tab. Anything you enter there is collected by West Capital Lending under its privacy policy, not by this site. The link carries Zach’s referral code so the lender knows you came through him. It carries nothing about you.

If you text, call, or email Zach, he handles what you share as a licensed mortgage professional under West Capital Lending’s policies, and the lender’s privacy notice is provided to you when you apply.
